Privacy Policy
Last updated August 19, 2026
This policy explains what data BoulderCraft ("we", "us") collects during the private beta and how we use it.
1. What We Collect
- Beta key. The key you enter is checked against our database to grant access. We store which keys are active/inactive; we do not require a name, email, or account to enter a key.
- Feedback and bug reports. If you submit feedback or a bug report, we store the content you submit so we can review and act on it.
- Local app data. Route/hold placement data you create in the app is saved locally on your device (browser storage for the web build). We do not currently collect or store this data on our servers.
2. How We Use It
We use this data solely to operate the beta: validating access, triaging bugs, and prioritizing fixes and features. We do not sell your data or use it for advertising.
3. Third-Party Processors
We use Supabase to host our database and validate beta keys. Data you submit passes through Supabase's infrastructure as our processor; see Supabase's privacy policy for how they handle it.
4. Data Retention
We retain beta key and feedback data for as long as the beta program is active, or until you request deletion.
5. Your Choices
You can ask us to delete data associated with your beta key at any time by contacting us below. Locally stored app data can be cleared by clearing your browser's site data for this domain.
6. Children's Privacy
The Service is not directed at children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect data from them.
7. Changes to This Policy
We may update this policy as the Service evolves. Continued use after an update means you accept the revised policy.
